{"id":146,"date":"2019-12-17T05:15:56","date_gmt":"2019-12-17T05:15:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imobile.acm.org\/aims\/2020\/?page_id=146"},"modified":"2019-12-19T05:35:57","modified_gmt":"2019-12-19T05:35:57","slug":"camera-ready-instructions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/imobile.acm.org\/aims\/2020\/camera-ready-instructions\/","title":{"rendered":"Camera-Ready Instructions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Camera-ready papers <\/strong>for the AIMS&#8217;20 proceedings are<strong> due 20-Dec-2019<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>Work with the shepherd to address all the reviewers\u2019 comments.<\/em> Even though your submission is accepted, it is highly advised that you work with your shepherd to improve the overall paper quality. <br><br><ul><li>An excellent reference that provides detailed instructions on preparing a camera-ready paper for the ACM &#8220;acmart&#8221; class  has been compiled by Rasit Eskicioglu, and is titled as the <em>&#8220;Quick and Dirty Instructions for the New ACM Typesetting Format\u2014acmart Class&#8221;<\/em>. It is recommended to gather pointers from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"here (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/sensys.acm.org\/2018\/resources\/documents\/HowTo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>Fill out the copyright form.<\/em> A separate email will be sent to the authors to guide you through the process. <\/li><li><em>Use the most recent ACM template<\/em>, include bibliographic and copyright strip. <\/li><li><em>Upload the camera-ready<\/em> version to EasyChair, and <em>email the complete docket of source files<\/em> <em>and PDFs<\/em> of the paper draft to: <strong><em>sigmobile[DOT]india[AT]gmail.com<\/em><\/strong> with the <em><strong>subject line: &#8220;AIMS&#8217;20 Camera-ready Docket<\/strong>&#8220;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>Rights Management Form<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Before submitting the camera-ready paper, you need to complete the rights management form. A notification email will be sent once these forms are available and ready to sign. <\/li><li>As rights management emails are sent from an automated system, there is a chance that emails sent will wind up in SPAM folders. <em>Please make sure that you and your authors set email SPAM settings to allow emails from <\/em><strong><em>\u201crightsreview@acm.org\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em>. <\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>Camera-ready Paper Format<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Camera-ready papers (including title, author list, abstract, all figures, tables, and references): <ul><li>Must not be greater than\u00a0<strong>6 pages<\/strong>\u00a0in length for\u00a0<strong>Full papers<\/strong>\u00a0(a minimum number of 3 pages are required). <\/li><li>Must not be greater than<strong> 3 pages<\/strong>\u00a0in length for\u00a0<strong>Notes papers<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Camera-ready papers should adhere to the ACM templates that can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/proceedings-template\">https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/proceedings-template<\/a>. <ul><li>Templates are provided for formatting papers in MS Word and LaTeX. <\/li><li>In LaTeX, you should use \\documentclass[sigconf]{acmart}. <\/li><li>If your face any problems with the templates, please contact ACM\u2019s TeX support team at Aptara (<a href=\"mailto:acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com\">acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com<\/a>).  <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>DO NOT<\/strong> number the pages of your camera-ready paper. <ul><li>By default, page numbers are disabled in the ACM template. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Provide proper indexing information in the camera-ready papers version according to the ACM Computing Classification System (CCS). More information about the ACM CCS is available at:  <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/dl.acm.org\/ccs\/ccs.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/dl.acm.org\/ccs\/ccs.cfm<\/a> <\/li><li>After completing their rights management form, you will be emailed the correct rights management text and bibliographic strip to place within your paper. It is essential that you add the text to your paper.
